Amber is a coach with a holistic approach, combining nutrition support, mindset and lifestyle interventions to harness the potential of ADHD minds. Her coaching technique is informed by her own lived experience of neurodiversity and in supporting her son with ADHD. Amber aims to help you to identify the areas where differences in the way your brain thinks can positively, not just negatively, impact your life, enabling you to create strategies that turn challenges into positive outcomes. She works with families, children, teens and adults.
Amber is a certified Life Coach, holds a diploma in Applied Nutrition, has completed further training in food behaviour, ADHD research, and is a qualified yoga teacher. Coaching with someone that has this level of specialist knowledge of ADHD, alongside personal experience, gives you a unique support partner.
Amber looks to identify areas that hold you back and uncover strategies to move forward, led by you. Discover essential nutrients, role of gut health & importance of blood sugar balance in the management of ADHD and associated mental health challenges.
Coaching offers the chance for parents to dig deep for answers to issues that hold their child back from meeting their true potential, for older kids and teens to review options in their educational setting and learn to advocate for themselves. She will explore ways that you can develop personalised strategies to improve focus, support emotional regulation, lift motivation & executive function.
